• The product must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
• The product should be unused, undamaged, and include all original labels.
• Personalized items, as well as underwear and socks, cannot be returned.

Refunds typically take 3-7 workdays to process.

For all factory deffects we offer a 2-year warranty. Please contact us via our Contact Page and we will either repair or replace the defective goods. If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will issue a full refund for the product. We will need:

1. Order number.
2. Order date.
3. A detailed description of the issue, and if possible, include pictures.
4. In case we request the return of the item, please ensure that it is clean (e.g., the boots are not muddy).
